Magnum Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut + coffret

C’est lors d’un voyage à l’abbaye de Saint-Germain-des-Prés que Dom Thierry Ruinart comprit le potentiel de sa région natale de Champagne dans l’élaboration du fameux vin de bulles. Officiellement créée en 1729 par son neveu Nicolas Ruinart, la prestigieuse maison continue aujourd’hui de prospérer au travers de sa signature: “La plus ancienne maison de Champagne.”

Terroir: Les champagnes de la maison Ruinart sont élaborés à partir de raisins provenant de la Côte des Blancs, de la Montagne de Reims, des coteaux du Sézannais et de la Vallée de la Vesle. Le domaine Ruinart s'étend sur près de 17 hectares de vignes mais la maison s'approvisionne à 90% en raisins auprès de vignerons fournisseurs.

Viticulture: Les vendanges sont manuelles.

Vinification: Ce champagne est élaboré en monocépage chardonnay avec un dosage de 9g/l.
