This concerns a limited print run (according to my information of only one hundred copies). The print run was meant for the participants of the 19th ‘Wereld Pluimvee Congres’ in 1992 and as a memory of mister Van Gink. The book was never available in retail and has not been reprinted. All in all a difficult to find title.
