You are bidding on this African bronze figure. The figure is from an inheritance and was brought back from Africa / Ivory Coast along with other figures in the 1950s. There, the company of the previous owner had a sawmill until the end of the 1950s. It is not known whether the figure was made in the 1950s or earlier. But it is probably older. It is a male or female warrior. The bottom of the base plate is not completely even. It would also make a good paperweight. These figures were also used as weight for weighing gold. It comes in the original condition it was found in. The figure has not been cleaned or polished.
