Very rare set of 6 original hand-coloured engravings by Scottish ornithologist Sir William Jardine in collaboration with engraver William H. Lizars. Published in 1833 in "The naturalist's Library of Hummingbirds". The engravings are still in beautiful condition and have, with the frame, a size of 16 x 9.5 cm.
