The quality is EPNS. EPNS stands for "Electro Plated Nickel Silver”. This means that the base material is nickel with a qualitative silver layer around it.
A1 says something about the thickness of the silver, usually around 30 to 35 microns. A1 is the highest quality of silver plating. 35 microns EPSN, means that the silver will last approximately 40 years, depending of course on the use, storage and maintenance.
