Tranquil realism in optima forma.
Theodorus (Dook) Everse lived and worked his whole life in Rotterdam. He received his education at the academy of fine arts in Rotterdam and qualified in many fields. Everse was a monumental artist, watercolourist, pastelist, draughtsman and pen-drawer and mosaic maker. He was influenced by Hendrik Chabot and was also acquainted to Herman Bieling. Everse had exhibitions in museum.
