The "Veritable Lampe Pigeon" is a small type of oil lamp for the table, invented by Charles Pigeon in 1882. Charles Pigeon created a safe oil lamp at an affordable price for consumers. The first patent was filed in 1884. The Pigeon lamp was presented at the World Expo in 1900.
One lamp is missing the glass, these are still available new.
