Woodblock print (reprint) (2) - Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849) - 'Fine Wind, Clear Morning' and 'Fuji above the Lightning' - 1938
"Bliksem onder de top" (Lightning under the top) was part of a number of New Year's greeting cards, issued by Shima Art Company. This publisher supplied very high- quality prints. Please see the site of Shotei about Shima.
"Fijne wind, heldere ochtend" (Nice wind, clear morning) is of the same size and quality. This does not bear Shima's mark, however.
Condition: Very good given its age. Very detailed, despite the small dimensions. Please see the photos.
Will be packaged with care and shipped by registered and insured mail.
