Armando Cheri was born on May 2, 1962 in Sarule, a small town in the heart of Sardinia where he spent his youth.
He appears in several solo and group exhibitions deserving prizes and awards, including two gold medals at the "Luigi Tito" competition, two gold medals at "Ruga Giuffa", one gold at "Beppi Spolaor" and one at "Serenissima".
In 2006, commissioned by the Municipality of Venice, he created the Monument of Peace.
The artist's works have also been exhibited at the Chiosco del Bramante (Rimini) and Fiesole (Florence).
Over the years he has collected interest from artists and art critics including E. Horodiceanu, B. Polver, L. Mazzetto, D. Marangon, D. Orler, W. Montini, A. Bassu, G. Faccenda and many others.
Sgarbi also appreciated his works during an exhibition.
All the works are unique pieces, born from a root and created by hand, and provided with the artist's authenticity.
