A beautiful openwork carved statue in heavy wood representing the epic battle between Hanuman (monkey warrior of Rama) and the snake Naga.
Hanuman, represented here in an iconic scene of the fight between the monkey warrior and the snake, is the monkey warrior of God Rama. Statues of Hanuman are used as protection of your house. The Monkey God Hanuman, is in the pantheon of Hinduism, the deity who once helped god Rama with the rescue of his wife Sita from the hands of the demon king Ravana.
Very artfully carved carvings from one piece of the Suar wood. It is very nice to look at from all sides. The figurine is 31 cm high and beautiful.
