Two enamel on copper cloisonné baluster vases. Both sides are adorned with gilded appliques in the shape of archaic lion's heads with a ring through their muzzle. The rims, appliques and bases are gilded. 15 cm high. Qing cloisonné of a high quality and finesse.
All round decorated with Shou characters surrounded by polychrome bats, lotus flowers within ruyi borders, a piece of cloisonné in meticulous detail in a wide palette of enamel. Dates to: Late Qing dynasty, Tongzhi / Guangxu period.
Condition: One vase has a small dent, the other is slightly crooked.
Will be packaged with care and sent by registered mail.
