Flycatcher tapered bulb shape 13 diameter and 20 cm high incl stopper (of younger age)
Originally intended for indoor flies, but it works according to the same principle as a wasp trap.
Beer or another sugary beverage was poured into the bottom edge and the lured insects seek their way inside through the opening at the bottom of the bottle.
Once in the bottle they drown in the liquid or fly around until they give up, because they can no longer find the escape route through the opening at the bottom.
