The Citroën BX 16 was introduced in 1983 and was produced until 1986. The BX was a family car that emphasised reliability, affordability and comfort. Typical of every big Citroën was the unique suspension, which was also present in the BX as a standard feature. The BX was a revolutionary car at the time when it was released and it was described by Carl Hahn - the then CEO of Volkswagen - as “in theory the best car”.

This unit is a barn find that truly is in a great condition! Regarding the engine as well as optically. This very well maintained car really looks like new. The only drawback is that the blank lacquer is coming off in some places. The car only has 144529 km on the odometer, with a Dutch national carpass report. Maintenance booklets also available.

This vehicle can be viewed and picked up in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. We always recommend viewing the vehicle prior to placing a bid, so that you, as a serious bidder, exactly know what you are buying. Of course, we strive to provide a proper impression by use of photos and text regarding (the condition of) the particular vehicle.
