Stunning and very chic Omega de Ville Automatic from the late 1960s. This men's wristwatch by the Swiss top brand Omega is optically as well as technically in good condition and dates back to 1968, based on the serial number. It is a nice and sizeable watch with a rectangular case of 32 x 32 mm and a lug to lug size of 38 mm. The case of course has minor signs of wear, but is unpolished and therefore fully original. The dial is in very good condition and has a silvery grey colour. The dial has a sunburst look and the Omega logo is overlaid. The hands and hour markers have a gold colour with a black inlay. These gold/black details stand out beautifully against the light-coloured dial, giving the watch a very chic appearance. The automatic high-quality 565 movement runs excellently and keeps time well. Winding works smoothly via the crown as well as through wrist movement and the Quickset date function works well. Technically ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
