The work is in fine condition and is signed at the bottom right with A. Bado.
The name A. Bado stands for the Dordtse art and frame dealer A. Bakker.
Paintings with the signature A.Bakker were commissioned by this art dealership by well-known Dordrecht art painters, such as C.Noltee, Th.Heck, D.Muehlhaus and S.Wijnhoven. These painters contributed to each work, which made naming and signing difficult, hence the signature A.Bado (A.Bakker Dordrecht).
Contained in a beautiful baroque frame, it is not in perfect condition and has been slightly restored.
