Very large hand-operated table drill - standing drill -
probably Regulateur - Hamburg.
In 1899, a patent was issued for the automatic drive of the drill chuck by
a centrifugal regulator (Governor) registered with the Imperial Patent Office
Height: approx. 70 cm, weight: approx. 10 kg
The given sizes are approximations.
Museum and very rare collectable device
Sold as shown, there were probably some screws added and
the drill can be rotated, condition as found -
must be made feasible in part.
