(Rare and last USM3 for sale from my collection) dagger is 100% guaranteed authentic ww2, from a private collection from which all pieces come from the 1944 Ardennes offensive, found in Beho Belgian Ardennes. Condition: Field item as found and not restored since its use during the 44 offensive, markings on the front of the sheath, v/k engraved in the leather. Extremely rare as a field piece (voluntary shortening of the leather handle, two rings to make it suitable for a us paratrooper to use, authentic change from the ww2 period), see photos. Sheath U.S M6 MILSCO 1943, found without the pressure tab, just the kaki web was with the case, the leather tab shown the in photos was found in my collection boxes, it was not part of this dagger, I am selling it as an extra. Blade markings: U.S M3 Case 1943 still has its tanning. Sheath: U.S M6 MILSCO 1943, still has its hook, in general the American paratroopers cut the upper part for use of use. The piece speaks for itself, the dagger and sheath have fulfilled their duty.
