Victory, 7th studioalbum of The Jacksons. This item is very rare because it's the first issue that has a white dove on Randy Jackson's (the youngest brother) shoulder. This version is very uncommon as only the first printings had this artwork. Reason for the dove and name came after Rany Jackson had a major car accident where he was at risk of loosing his leg. Doctors told the family one of the legs had to be amputated and this was devastating for him and the family. The Jacksons were about to start their tour throughout the USA. After Randy's speedy an full recovery it was decided that the album should be named VICTORY. Artwork for the album was commissioned to the world famous illustrator Michael Whelan. Victory was in many ways special. It was the last studio ablum of the Jacksons in collaboration with Michael Jackson. Besides that the album has not title song as is the case with the other Jackson 5 / The Jackson's or Michael's solo albums. The title song has however been recorded with Freddy Mercury of Queen but remains unreleased.
