Japanese sword stand Raiden Kake (江戸時代), Edo period.
A very impressive Kake.
Inlaid with mother-of-pearl, a beautiful piece.
Highly sought-after and rarely found to this day.
I am therefore very pleased to be able to offer this.
This special Kake is from an old village, Shirakawa, where it was located for centuries.
The fact that they were willing to give it up is therefore very special.
It is common in Japan to present a sword at rest on a Kake.
This Kake has an exceptionally beautiful painting, the drawings are very fine and with clear detail.
Obviously, it is used and has some signs of wear, like it's supposed to.
An asset for every enthusiast.

Arrived in fine condition. Very attractive and well-preserved, But it was difficult to figure out how to assemble. Looks great once we figured it out. Keyring included as a "presento" is appreciated.

The seller shipped without delay and the item was identical to the description and picture, with a well done packaging. 10/10 Thx
