Beautiful alabaster sculpture after the original of the famous Italian artist Antonio Canova, Amor and Psyche, 1793. The original sculpture is of marble, 155 x 168 x 101 cm in size and is located in the Musée du Louvre, Paris (a 2nd version is at the Hermitage in St. Petersburg).
This sculpture is made of 4 separate parts. During a quick check-up we found 2 restorations (one arm and one wing).
