Well packed exactly as descibed
Please note: some elements on this page have been translated automatically.spese spedizione troppo alte e non giustificateYou leave a review nearly 7 months after purchasing?? You reside in Italy with a postal system that to be frank is one of the worst in the world, we have to send by courier and charge more to get it there faster as over nearly 20 years we have found that if it takes more than 3 days to get to Italy there are complaints, we get things to Italy in around 48 hours from Scotland to Italy and it can take the Italian mail up to 3 weeks to deliver it . The postage cost YES is expensive to Italy but using a more expensive courier cuts out the need for the Italian mail system to handle the parcel which in turn saves us any grief, The postage cost was there prior to you bidding, we never mysteriously came from an unknown Galaxy and hit you with a stealth postage tax after you won the item on auction, Also why not message us, this 7 months down the line moaning about a postage cost clearly shown before you bid.? Why, You are welcome to at any time grab a flight and collect in person.
very nice n happy with shipment sending order which was met to my full
Item arrived promptly and was securely packed.
disappointed - only part of item bought, recd.Customer wrote stating item not received at all 4 days after signing for it, after providing the information that it was signed for one day after it was sent he then came back saying only one spoon was there instead of two, but he could no longer check the package which suggests he had thrown packaging away, I myself packed it and 110% sure know both were in there, offered to have my account manager look into this and involve police if needed but never received a reply.
