This antique Haid & Neu sewing machine is in decorative condition. Regina Margherita - 'Pawfoot'. Made in Karlsruhe - Germany circa 1870. Serial number: 86132. Vaguely legible, the mark is visible on the rear needle plate with the serial number underneath. (Please see the photo). The number 132 is also etched in several parts. Has sporadically visible gold-coloured decoration. The machine is clean and has been lubricated. Sewing machine runs smoothly. The machine has a wooden handle. Bobbin mechanism works well. The machine will sew the upper thread but do not take the lower bobbin yarn. (See photo) For a connoisseur, it should be a trifle to correct that, for example by an original needle, or proper adjustment. Antique yarn bobbin is included. This museum-quality Sewing Machine is a unique addition for the collector. The machine will be carefully packaged and shipped via registered mail.
