Magnificent planter Empire style, France 1850-1871. In not so common dimensions as they are usually much smaller, and resting on 4 lion claws shaped legs. On the sides two lion heads hold with their jaws the round, solid brass handles. On the sides we find mouldings with lion-like motifs and shapes proper of the Empire style, Brass is a metal that can be easily cleaned, I preferred to leave it with the patina since it depends on where you want to place it, then the patina may be most suitable.
