Very rare Riga 13 classic moped from 1988.
Lights, brakes, everything works.
This moped is 30 years old and has 45cc, it comes from the former USSR in Latvia, from Riga, hence the name ;)
The moped is completely original with a max speed of 30 km/h.
The engine has been revised and has very good compression, it starts immediately.
The original USSR documents will be included.
Requesting registration, at the Dutch Vehicle Authority (RDW), is no problem.
Unique and very rare moped.
Not a single other copy for sale in the Netherlands.
This moped concerns original Latvian manufacturing. After Russia had annexed Latvia, the company was allowed to keep producing the moped under its own name.
These currently have cult-status in Latvia.
