Beautiful three-piece cabinet set, made for Royal Sphinx Holland by Boch.
The set consists of one lidded vase and two side vases.
The marking ‘Made for Royal Sphinx Holland by Boch’ indicate that these vases were manufactured by ceramics factory Boch, with a commission from Royal Sphinx. This brand was applied from 1840 through 1960.
This concerns creamware with a blue decor.
The mention of ‘Delft Blue’ in the logo refers to the type of decor that was inspired by the traditional Delft pottery.
Unfortunately, 1 side vase broke at one point. This has been carefully glued.
