Peugeot - Valentigney Velo - Race bicycle - 1909

Exquisite racing bicycle by Peugeot Valentigney dated from 1909. The bike is in original condition, very rare! Gears were added in the early 20s. Frame number: 198505. The Peugeot family of Valentigney, Montbéliard, Franche-Comté, France, began manufacturing in the 19th century. In 1842 they added coffee, pepper and salt mills.
