For sale: an extremely rare Royal Fabric racing bike from the middle of the 1930s with wooden rims and a Super Champion 3-speed derailleur (the first derail derailleur in the Tour de France from 1937). Size: Horizontal tube axis to axis: 57 cm. Vertical tube axis-to-axis: 54 cm. History: The Royal-Fabric brand was founded in 1910 by Barbier in Saint-Etienne, France. The company was sold in 1931 to the Simon brothers, from Objat in Corrèze (France), who kept the name of the company and the Saint-Etienne address until 1934.
