Exquisite extensive cutlery + serving cutlery of no less than 195-pieces, all matching with the very beautiful timeless pattern Haags Lofje.

The cutlery comes in a cassette (dimensions 50.5 cm. x 32.5 cm. x 23.5 cm.), it is not original and not all of it fits, but most of it can be stored within.

All pieces have complete hallmarks, all by the same manufacturer GVK = Gerritsen & Van Kempen, Minerva head B = Utrecht, walking lion and different year stamps, varying from 1911 to 1931
It was purchased over the years.


The cutlery is in used, but good condition.
It has signs of wear due to old age, which is inevitable after +/- 100 years.... but this certainly gives the charm and character of olden times.
Please take this into account while bidding, that this is an antique, used cutlery set, so not in new condition.

Specific signs of wear: the knives all have dents in the hilt, the dinner knives are slightly more used and 2 have a small tear in the hilt, even so on 1 smaller knife.
On 1 dinner knife, the hilt is slightly loose.
4 smaller knives have some space between the hilt and blade.
On the dinner forks, the HL pattern has become less visible due to polishing.
On the confiture spoon, the hook is missing from the back.
In my estimation, the cutlery has been polished in the past and this has left traces.

There is no wear on the prongs and spoons. The blades are also still fine.
The serving cutlery is slightly less used and looks fine.
The cassette is in good condition.



Total weight cutlery 9.15 kilos, included are the stainless steel blades, weight of the silver is +/- 8.3 kilos.
Total weight including cassette 18 kilograms.

Collecting is preferred due to the high shipping costs in relation to the value and weight. Collecting is possible in Renkum (near Arnhem).
Delivery within The Netherland is also possible, this in consultation and for a rate which will be discussed.

Shipping abroad will be registered with extra insurance.
If shipping fees turn out lower, the excess amount will be reimbursed.
If they are higher, we will account for the extra cost (this also applies in The Netherlands)
