A beautiful decorative silver cigarette case possibly Italian. A lovely repousse chardon and thistle decoration to both the front and the rear with gilt interior. The original banding is still in place. Light clean required to the gilt interior. Stamped 800 to the interior edge of which indicates silver fineness 800/1000.
