Since 1990, painting is Tillemans full-time day job. In her works, she only uses oil on canvas and paints figuratively.
She is mainly fascinated by nature and animals. She brings the animals back to life on her canvases and this in spicy tones and shades. Cows, pigs and horses are prominent. The painters have a lot of attention for details, which makes her work extremely precise.
