BMW E9 Coupé 3.0 CS/CSi - 1971

BMW E9 Coupe 3.0 CS / CSi - 1971 BMW E9 coupe in very nice condition Date of Manufacture 07/12/1971 First Registration 01/04/1972 Mileage 79.600 km First delivery to BMW Italia S.p.A., Palazzolo (Verona). Since 2001 in Germany, after that in my possession - only one mention of ownership in the vehicle letter. MOT can be renewed if negotiated Chassis not welded Regularly servicing done at 'Classic Weißblau' Engine overhauled in 2014 Seats in mint condition Very good general condition, no flaws German admission oldtimer badge Certificate BMW Group Classic Aluminium wheels (like 3.0 CSL) Colour-vitrification Electric windows (4 times) Manual, 4-speed Metallic paint (Agate Green) Seats leather / fabric (sand) This is the original model 3.0 CSi with injection engine. However, the Italian owner has built in the (less problematic) carburettor engine, hence the coupé is now registered as 3.0 CS with 180 horsepower. However, conversion to the 3.0 CSi would be possible without problems since it was originally an injection model and harness, control unit etc. are still in the right place. With its transmission, the coupe not only a great old timer, but also a good touring car, for example, for rides through or over the Alps. The coupe was painted in the 80s from Tundra to Agate Green (also an original BMW colour). It is probably the only E9 coupe in this very elegant colour. Viewing before bidding is preferred. The car can be seen and picked up near Friedrichshafen, Germany. Bids are excluding of transportation and export cost, unless otherwise indicated. This is a used vehicle. To avoid disappointment afterwards it is recommended to view the vehicle first before placing a bid. To make an appointment please contact Catawiki.
