VINTAGE Zenith Boosey and Hawkes 19 Model 1950's Archtop by Framus
This is a VINTAGE early 1950's Zenith 19 model with a low serial number 409 and the Ivor Mairants signature label. These guitars were manufactured by Framus in Germany and then imported and badged up Zenith and sold through catalogues and stores in the U.K. Paul McCartney and the other members of the Quarrymen/Silver Beatles/ Beatles all owned Zenith guitar. This is an arch top of ply construction 3" deep body, 16" wide body at widest point. The scale length is 25". The guitar is in generally good condition with light wear and light crazing to the nitro-cellulose finish. Comes with no case but will be shipped in secure packaging. A very nice vintage guitar in very good condition throughout.
