This very rare AMX is in ORIGINAL condition, not repainted, START, RUNS and DRIVES, without problems, the chains are on rubber blocks to prevent damage to the road.								
From 1946 the French company AMX (Atelier de Construction d'Issy-les-Moulineaux) developed	a vehicle especially for troop transport. This vehicle was in production from 1951 to 1965. 								
The army used 555 AMX-13 in total, of which 523 were made in Belgium made by the C.F.C. of Familleureux. 								
It had a chassis which was used for different armoured tracked vehicles from the AMX series.							
It was exited while stationary or moving from the backdoors or the roof hatches								
In reality disembarking from the roof hatches was only done during emergency situations due to the danger of injuries and exposure to hostile fire. Disembarking from the backdoors up to a speed of 20 km/h was part of the standard procedures. An armoured infantry group 								
consisted of eleven soldiers, including the chauffeur and the gunner.
