Een antieke zilveren schenkkan. Herkomst Engeland- Londen.  De kan is volledig met de hand geslagen, goed voel en zichtbaar. De versieringen zijn er niet later opgebracht maar ook volledig uitgeslagen. Op een schild staat een vredesduif gegraveerd met een tak in de bek. Handvat bekleed. De klep sluit perfect, geen reparaties. Met hulp van veilingmeester catawiki de volgende info over de merken:  Portret is van George III die regeerde van 1765-1820. De leeuw met kroon is de stadskeur van Londen. De jaarletter is van 1793-1794. De zilversmid heb ik nog niet kunnen vinden. 

Hoogte kan 26,5 cm. 
Diameter deksel 7,5 cm. 
Diameter voet 8,5 cm. 
Omtrek buik is 43 cm. 
Gewicht 715 gram. 

Er zitten 5 keuren in de voet en 2 keuren in de binnenkant klep. In het midden rechthoekig schild met W S. In een wapenschild  staat een kop van een panter met een kroon op de kop. Hoofdletter S met een band om het midden. Lopende leeuw in een schild en een hoofd van een man met een pruik op, in ovaal schild.
