This is a Chevrolet engine hood emblem from the 1950s.
The emblem is made of chrome in the shape of an airplane and it was the emblem of a Chevrolet engine hood, used in 1954. the ornament is marked 3705035 on the lowest part of the airplane body, and it has two places for screwing the emblem on the engine hood (unfortunately 1 bolt has broken off, but this can be repaired).
Emblem size 45 x 14.5 cm and weighs about 1kg, chrome in used condition (as depicted). An original emblem of a Chevrolet Bel Air from 1954.
