SCHAFFHAUSEN 18K (0.750) solid gold men's wristwatch in a fully working order with legendary mechanical (Hand-winding) movement high grade Cal. 89 with runs great and all functions work as expected. The cal. 89 was introduced by IWC Co. 1946, and developed by Albert Pellaton which comes from Vacheron Constantin as Technical Director. Mechanically, it is extremely well made with an attention to detail. This is why you’ll still see this on the wrists of collectors almost 70 years after its creation. The watch case made from 18 carat solid gold, measuring approximately 35mm across excluding the crown and 40mm from lug to lug, is in perfect condition throughout, with minor surface scratches that are to be expected on any watch of this age. The dial excellent original condition and signed "International Watch Co SCHAFFHAUSEN", "Swiss". The case hallmarked as 18 carat gold 0,750 and signed with number #1894431. The winding crown is completely original and correctly signed with the famous “IWC” logo. Neutral black leather new band length about 22 cm, with gold buckle installed.
