In very good condition. Description of new regulations by Emperor Napoleon. The newspaper has a layout of two columns, one in French and one in Dutch. The front page is about the new laws regarding the trade (continental system) and the harbour of Amsterdam. The newspaper also has an interesting description of acts of war of the English in the area of Hamburg (see photos).
