Extremely rare collectible James Bond chess set comes with the original, Mayfair numbered certificate of ownership.

THE STORY BEHIND THE MAYFAIR EDITION "JAMES BOND" CHESS SET
In 1997, Mayfair Edition launched an officially licensed James Bond chess set. Customers could order one piece of the set at a time at a fixed price of around €28. So It tooks years to collect the full chess set.
At the end the collector received the board.

This extremely rare Mayfair Edition chess set makes a great display item. The size of the board is approximately 42 x 42 x 9 cm, the size of the pieces is between 4,5 and 7.5 cm. 

Each chess piece is made of pewter and is in a excellent condition. 

Included is a 24 page booklet with descriptions of each character, the James Bond phenomenon, and Ian Fleming. The set comes with the original, numbered certificate of ownership. 

This is a unique chance to acquire one of the few known complete James Bond Mayfair Edition chess sets in the world.
