Painting of the 17th century portraying the well-known tax scene (Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's). Re-stretched probably in the 19th century. Probably part of a larger painting. Restorations more or less recent, craquelure and slightly faded colours.
No signs of colour losses.
Re-stretching is in good condition. The painting is generally in good condition, despite its age, and retains its charm, as seen in the photos.
Size 48 x 95 cm.
