Electro-Mechanical Laco 861 movement – Gold-plated case and Fixo-Flex strap
Very beautiful Laco Electric men's watch.
For the collector of early electric timepieces, this is a unique opportunity to get hold of one of the first electro-mechanical timepieces.
And in exceptionally good condition as well.
Late 1950s Laco was in an advanced stage of developing this electro-mechanical timepiece.
It was then taken over by Timex and resold to ESA a few years later.
The watch has a gold-plated case with a champagne dial with riased gold-black-coloured markers.
The thunderbolt at the tip of the seconds hand is a detail that stands out.
There is no crown at the side of the case.
It is placed at the back.
The watch is in exceptionally good condition.
So please take a good look at the photos before you place a bid.
