Early - Mid20C
Provenance: Ex private UK collections, Steve Thanni, Karl Norton
Dimensions cm: 164 x 29
Here is a very rare Dogon Nommo figure standing at 164 cm tall, from an ex private collection and originally collected in situ from a village in the Bamako area of Mali. This figure looks to have been pushed in the ground to make it stand and also left lying flat on the ground due to the way it looks at the base and the back of this figure.
A real Dogon collectors treat!!
