This CP Sailing sextant by Cassens and Plath from Bremerhaven (SN 861784) comes from ca 1999 and is in almost new condition. The last inspection and maintenance is documented with paperwork from 1999. It is an aluminum sextant with the more expensive ' full sight ' mirror. The telescope has a magnification of 3.5 x. The wooden box contains all original parts including a set of spare lamps, brushes, set key and screw driver. Everything works properly (tested by expert) and optically too everything is as good as new. This sextant is of almost museum quality and actually deserves a place in a collection but can also again go back to sea and, for which it is made, navigate. New (and this is as good as new) this sextant costs approximately 800 euros plus shipping costs. Will be shipped via most economical method.
