When paying for a won object using the MultiBanco system, please note, the payment reference is only valid for the period of 5 days.

If the expiration date has already passed, and you have made a payment attempt, the amount will still be debited from your account even though Catawiki will not receive it. 

In such cases, you will be automatically notified via email of your refund.

To finalize your purchase, it will be necessary to make a new payment with a new MultiBanco reference as it’s not possible to proceed without previous authorization.
