All bids are placed from verified accounts. Every bid placed by a verified account is a binding bid and cannot be withdrawn. If you suspect that your sign in details have fallen into the wrong hands and/or there is any suspicious (unauthorised) activity in your account, please notify Catawiki immediately. While we are investigating your case, we kindly ask you not to dispute these transactions with your credit card company/financial institution/bank.

You must also take effective measures to protect your account yourself, such as changing your password. You are responsible for managing your account and it is important to never share your account details with anyone else. 

If the outcome results in your order being cancelled, please be aware you may still be required to pay the Buyer Protection fee. You are able to make this payment on your Orders page under the 'Unpaid' tab. If you do not make this payment, your account will be suspended from placing any further bids on Catawiki.
