If you suspect unauthorised account activity

If you think someone else placed a bid from your account, notify us immediately.

You should also change your password straight away.

• Don’t dispute the transaction with your bank or credit card company while we’re investigating
• You’re responsible for managing your own account security

If the order is cancelled

Even if the order is cancelled after the investigation, the Buyer Protection fee may still be charged.

If the Buyer Protection fee isn’t paid, your account will be suspended.
