Before cancelling your order, we’ll send you several payment reminder emails.

What happens after the deadline

If you don’t pay in time:

• The object may be offered to other bidders
• Your order may be cancelled

If the object is offered to other bidders, you can still pay. But if another bidder pays first, they’ll receive the object.

If your order is cancelled

If your order is cancelled, the Buyer Protection fee may still be charged in line with the Buyer Terms.
