Important to know
- The payment methods shown at checkout are the only methods available for that order
- If you don’t see a specific payment method, it isn’t available for that order
- We don’t accept cash payments, including when you collect an object in person
- SWIFT and international wire transfers aren’t supported
- The seller can only ship your order after full payment has been received
If your order includes multiple objects
If your objects are combined into one order, you need to pay the full order amount. It isn’t possible to pay for items separately.
Want combined shipping?
If you’d like your objects to be combined into one order, wait until all related auctions have closed before you pay. Please note that combined shipping applies only when the following criteria are met:
- same seller
- seller had combined shipping enabled before the auction ended
- the lots were won in the same auction on the same day
- the buyer pays for all of them at the same time
- Buy Now lots cannot be combined
- outside the EU, combined shipping is excluded for these flows
What happens if I don’t pay in time?
If payment isn’t completed within 3 days, your order may be cancelled or offered to another bidder.
