Payments & Fees
When and how will I receive payment for an object I sold?

Add your payment details

Before we can send your payout, we need your correct payment details. Please add your bank account details before you ship the object, so your payment is not delayed.

You may also need to verify your identity with our payment partner, Stripe or Payoneer. This helps us confirm that the payment is being sent to the right person. You usually only need to complete this verification once.

Shipping orders

If you ship the object and everything goes well, your payment will become ready after the order has been delivered and no issue has been reported.

Once the payment is ready, it will be paid according to your selected payment frequency. You can choose how often you receive seller payouts in your settings:

  1. Every working day
  2. Once a week, on Wednesdays
  3. Every 2 weeks, on the first and third Wednesday of the month
  4. Once a month, on the first Wednesday of the month

Your payout will be sent according to this frequency once it is ready for release.

Use tracked shipping

If you use smart shipping, tracking is added automatically.

If you use manual shipping, please choose a shipping company that provides tracking. This allows us to follow the delivery and helps prevent payout delays.

When entering the tracking code, make sure it is correct. If the tracking code is incorrect, we may not be able to track the order, and your payment may be delayed. You can update an incorrect tracking code on the order page.

Tracking issues

If we have not received an update from the shipping company 5 days after the estimated delivery date, we’ll ask the buyer to confirm whether the order has arrived.

The buyer must contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date if the order has not arrived. This allows us to pause the payout and investigate whether the object may be lost.

If the order is marked as delivered and no issue is reported, your payment will usually become ready shortly after delivery. From there, you’ll be paid according to your payment frequency settings.

If the buyer reports an issue before the payment is released, your payout will be paused while we review the situation.

Pickup orders

For pickup orders, we recommend arranging pickup with the buyer as soon as possible. This helps the process go smoothly and makes it easier for us to assist if something goes wrong.

After the buyer has picked up the object, both you and the buyer need to mark the order as picked up. Once the order is confirmed as picked up and no issue has been reported, your payment will be released according to the applicable payout timeline and your selected payment frequency.

Claim opened

If a claim has been opened for the order, your payment will be paused until the issue has been resolved.

We’ll support you and the buyer in finding a solution. Once the claim is resolved and there are no other payout issues, your payment can continue according to your payment frequency settings.
