There are several reasons why your seller payment may not have arrived yet.
Your payment may be delayed if:
- An object you sold was cancelled after you had already been paid for it.
If this happens, the amount you already received may be deducted from a future payout. - There is an open claim on an object you sold.
Your payment will be paused until the claim is resolved. If this applies, you will have received an email from us. - Your bank account details are missing, incomplete, or incorrect.
You can check this in your payment settings. - The order status has not been updated correctly.
If the buyer has received the order, but the order has not been marked as shipped or picked up, your payment may be delayed. The correct order status helps us and the buyer track the order. - Your payment setup is not complete.
Our payment provider, such as Stripe or Payoneer, may ask you for additional information or documents before you can receive payouts. - Your payable amount is below the minimum payout threshold.
If you receive payouts through Payoneer, the minimum payout amount is €20. For Stripe, the minimum payout amount is €1. If your available payout is below the relevant threshold, your payment date may be postponed until the minimum amount is reached. - Your selected payment frequency has not been reached yet.
Your payments are grouped and sent according to the payment frequency you selected in your settings. You can check your payment frequency settings, These settings will group your payments together according to the frequency you’ve chosen.
You can check the estimated payment date on the order page and review your payment frequency in your account settings.
