What should I do if the buyer’s address is incorrect?

Smart shipping

First, message the buyer to find out the correct address. Once you have the correct address, contact us.

If you haven’t shipped the package yet, we can correct the address and send you a new shipping label.

If you’ve already shipped the package, we’ll help with trying to find a solution with the shipping company.


Manual shipping

First, message the buyer to find out the correct address. 

If you haven’t bought a shipping label yet, make sure to use the correct address when you buy the label.

If you’ve already bought a shipping label, contact the shipping company. They can help with correcting the address.

Find out what to do if the package is returned to you.
