What happens if the order that I shipped gets returned to me?

You’ll need to message the buyer from the relevant order page to investigate why the object was returned to you. The reason behind the return will determine who needs to pay the return shipping costs and, where applicable, the costs to ship the order back to the buyer.

If you don't come to a mutual solution with the buyer, contact us and our support team will be happy to help you. 

If the order is returned to you because of damage during shipping and it’s insured, follow the shipping insurance process

If you used smart shipping and chose not to add smart shipping insurance, you’ll need to provide a sales invoice so the shipping company can investigate the return.
